LAWRENCE (SNR) – The sewing circle of Sacred Heart Parish in Lincoln recently completed a quilt to be raffled Nov. 3 at the annual “Sacred Heart Smorgasbord.”

The quilt was made in memory of Delores Krebsbach, longtime member of the Circle. It was pieced by Kay Theer and quilted by 10 women.

The smorgasbord will be served from 4 to 7 p.m. Nov. 3. The meal includes turkey, ham, and beef, with trimmings. The event will also include raffles, a silent auction of antique crocks, a fish pond, and a country store with homemade items.
