LINCOLN (CDOL/SNR) – The application deadline for Good Shepherd Scholarship is March 31.
Only one application form is needed to apply for all scholarships from the Lincoln Diocese and the student’s local Catholic school. Parents of children in Catholic schools are considered for all available scholarships for which they are eligible. Scholarship guidelines and online application are available at www.goodshepherdscholarship.com.
For the 2020-21 academic school year, the Good Shepherd Scholarship funds up to $1,300 for students in grades K-8 and $1,600 for students in grades 9-12, funding no more than 75% of tuition. The Good Shepherd Scholarship program is available to families within 225% of the Federal Poverty Level.
The Lincoln Diocese Family Tuition Cap Scholarship is available to all families with more than three students enrolled in Lincoln Diocese Catholic Schools. Parents who apply will only pay tuition for the first three students; the rest of their students will not be charged tuition.
Last year, the Lincoln Diocese awarded $1.2 million in scholarships to 1,180 students.
