The Catholic Diocese of Lincoln is offering help with Christmas shopping this month.

The diocesan online merchandise store will be open for about two weeks and feature apparel branded with the diocesan coat of arms and the “Southern Nebraska Catholics” logo.

The online store, hosted by ARTFX, opened Nov. 10 and remains open through Sunday, Nov. 23.

Clothing available for purchase includes long- and short-sleeve t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, pullovers, vests, hoodies and caps. The popular “I Love Catholic Schools” merchandise with a logo designed by Katelan and Dan Haden of St. John the Apostle Parish in Lincoln will also be available.

“This apparel is an encouraging and positive way to show your pride for the Diocese of Lincoln and for our Catholic schools,” said Dennis Kellogg, director of communications for the diocese. “It’s something different for that family member who is difficult to shop for and who wants to share their Catholic faith with everyone.”

The clothes come in adult and youth sizes and a variety of styles and colors. To view the apparel and place an order, go to https://stores.inksoft.com/cdol/shop/home.

Those ordering can choose to either have their purchase shipped to them at a cost, or they can avoid the shipping charge and pick up their purchase in mid-December at the Pope St. John XXIII Diocesan Center in Lincoln. Those choosing the pick-up option will be notified by email of the date the merchandise is available.

“This online store is only open for a couple of weeks in August and November, so take advantage of this window of opportunity to purchase Diocese of Lincoln apparel,” Kellogg said. “It will let those around you know you’re Catholic and proud of it.”
