This class explores Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition from an apologetic perspective. It considers the canon of Scripture and its history as well as biblical inspiration and interpretation and the senses of scripture. It also investigates Tradition from the viewpoint of Scripture, apologetics, and Patristic history. It closes with a consideration on the essential relationship between Scripture and Tradition.
