HASTINGS (SNR) - Brother John and Brother Julian of the Knights of the Holy Eucharist presented a server training day Sept. 21 at St. Cecilia Church in Hastings, at the request of pastor Father Christopher Kubat.
There were 52 boys in attendance, in grades 4-12.
The Knights of the Holy Eucharist was founded by Mother Angelica in 1998 and came to Lincoln in 2016. They are Franciscan brothers whose lives and work are centered on adoration of the Most Blessed Sacrament. The Knights desire to restore a sense of the sacred by assisting at and serving the Mass and other liturgies. They reside at Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House in Waverly and Sacred Heart Church in Lincoln.
