LINCOLN (SNR) - During the COVID-19 pandemic, Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals are asking for community participation in silent prayer during an “Hour of Power” Sunday, May 3, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The candlelight prayer vigil is being coordinated by Madonna’s mission services team, who will surround both the Lincoln and Omaha campuses in solidarity for patients, front line nurses and clinical providers across the world. Windows of patient rooms will shine with electric candles.
All people are invited to join Madonna from the safety of their homes any time during the unified prayer vigil.
“We believe in the power in prayer and appreciate your support during these challenging times,” said Patrick J. Miron, pastoral care manager.
