LINCOLN – The Office of Hispanic Ministry will host its third annual retreat in Spanish at Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House in Waverly Nov. 19-21.
It will be presented by Ricardo Izquierdo with the theme: “Time for God: Persevering in Prayer.” Izquierdo has been the director of the Office of Hispanic Ministry for the Diocese of Lincoln for four years. He attended Pius X High School in Lincoln, St. Gregory the Great Seminary in Seward, Mount Saint Mary’s Seminary in Emmitsburg, Md., and Creighton University, where he received a master’s in secondary education.
There are options to attend the retreat in person and online. The in-person option includes lodging, all meals and materials for $180, and the online version is free. Those who require financial assistance to attend are invited to speak with their pastors.

El Sr. Izquierdo ha sido el director de la oficina de ministerio hispano de la diócesis de Lincoln durante cuatro años.
