Beckman has served the Church for 25 years and is often featured on Catholic TV and radio programs. Over the last 16 years, she has served in the Church’s ministry of healing, deliverance, and exorcism. On the faculty for the Pope Leo XIII Institute for six years, she completed the Association of International Exorcists Course at Rome’s Pontifical Regina Apostolorum University in 2017, and serves in her diocese as administrator of exorcism and deliverance ministry. A member of the exorcist’s team, she accompanies persons seeking liberation from evil spirits.
Marilyn LaPorta, a member of St. Peter Parish in Lincoln, is registered for the conference.
“Our culture is so anti-family and anti-life,” she said. “People are becoming so self-centered and are losing track of our purpose for living. The evil one is so prevalent, it is almost palpable!”
Beckman will discuss strategies of spiritual warfare at the conference. Lenore Rezac, a member of St. Mary Parish in Denton who is registered to attend the conference, said she is eager for that.
“In this world, there exists so much that remains unseen from our human eyes, like the darkness we often fail to see,” she explained. “Yet, amidst the darkness, the unseen light far outshines the shadows. The Holy Trinity, Mother Mary, angels, and saints shower us with love and light. May we all open our hearts to embrace this love. It can bring such blessings. May this conference help us all see and understand more of the unseen!”
