Nebraskans Embracing Life will honor Bishop Emeritus Fabian Bruskewitz at their 50th annual “Celebration of Life” banquet Jan. 31 at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 14330 Eagle Run Dr., Omaha.
The event will feature a social at 5:30 p.m., and dinner/program at 6:30 p.m. The program will include the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award and keynote presentation by Bishop Bruskewitz.
Jen Brown of Spirit Catholic Radio will act as emcee. Pro-life leaders attending will include Dr. Pat Castle of Life Runners; Gina Tomes of Heartland Maternity; Dr. Lloyd Pierre, Omaha Catholic Doctors; Catherine Schroeder, Gabriels Corner; Sister Renee Mirkes, Pope Paul VI Institute; and Maris Bentley, Chesterton Academy of Omaha.
