St. Mary Parish in Denton will host a “Men on Fire” conference Saturday, March 16, with Bart Schuchts.
The event will begin with Mass in St. Mary Church at 8 a.m., followed by the conference at the Denton Community Center, beginning at 9 a.m.
After the conference, Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament will be held from 3 to 4 p.m. in St. Mary Church. Priests will be available to hear confessions.
Schuchts, associated with the John Paul II Healing Center, founded the “Church on Fire” ministries. He travels the country presenting at conferences and retreats, bringing thousands into an intimate and powerful encounter with the Father’s love, transforming lives, and equipping people to live more fully into Christ’s mission.
Promotional materials for the March 16 men’s conference indicate the event aims to lead men to “know who you are in Christ, live God’s purpose for your life and take back what belongs to you and God.”
The registration fee is $25 and lunch and refreshments will be provided.
