Members of the Gamma Delta Branch of the Epsilon Sigma Alpha sorority presented the group’s annual art awards April 22 to students of Villa Marie School for Exceptional Children near Waverly.
Every year, the students, taught by Mrs. Deb Faith and Mr. Jeff Hamilton, each submit an original art project to be judged by the sorority. Each student receives an award, and one student in each of three divisions receives the top award for his or her artwork. This year’s winners were Thomas Thaller, Luke Bartek and Bella Wynn.
Members of the sorority have come to Villa Marie to present art awards since 1972.
