Southern Nebraska Register
Father Caleb Hile, a priest of the Catholic Diocese of Lincoln, will lead a pilgrimage to Poland and the Czech Republic July 19–30. The trip is titled “Poland, Prague, and Pivo.”
Father Hile is pastor of St. Anthony de Padua Parish in Bruno and Ss. Peter and Paul Parish in Abie.
Some highlights of the pilgrimage include visiting Krakow, Our Lady of Czestochowa, the Divine Mercy Shrine, and Auschwitz. Pilgrims will have the opportunity to walk in the footsteps of Pope John Paul II, St. Faustina and St. Maximilian Kolbe, and to view the original Infant of Prague statue. The sacred journey will be enriched by daily Mass and time for prayerful reflection.
Participants will stay in Prague. They will go on several brewery tours of the Czech Republic’s most famous breweries.
