St. Wenceslaus Parish in Wahoo will host a Lenten parish mission March 7-12, featuring talks by Father Zachary of the Mother of God, SOLT.

A parish mission is a series of talks designed to lead participants to a more fruitful relationship with God, a renewal of spiritual life, and a deeper understanding and appreciation of the sacraments, prayer, and the life of faith.

Father Zachary will celebrate the parish Masses at St. Wenceslaus, Church, 214 E 2nd St., Wahoo, Saturday, March 7 and Sunday, March 8. Conferences will be held March 9-12, beginning at 6:30 p.m. each day. The last evening will be a Eucharistic holy hour with some directed reflections.

The parish mission is open to the public, and no registration necessary.

Father Zachary is a priest of the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity (SOLT). He is a gifted speaker and spiritual guide and has led powerful missions across the country for many years. He is in such high demand, St. Wenceslaus Parish requested his presence in November of 2024.

He travels around the United States and elsewhere teaching and leading Catholics to live their baptismal promises and to respond to the universal call to holiness. Father speaks frequently at conferences and parish missions; and serves regularly as a retreat master for the lay faithful, sisters, seminarians and brother priests. He also served as the chairman of the board of Guadalupe Media, a Catholic television and radio station in Belize, and was formation director for the American Region of SOLT and rector of the post-novitiate house of formation in the Asia-Pacific Region of SOLT.

Father Zachary is a former attorney in the state of California. He has testified that he has experienced the infinite Mercy of God in a profound and personal way. He seeks to present the faithful with the necessary tools of the spiritual life and direct them to Our Blessed Mother, Mary, so she can form them in her heart where they can become “the saints they were created to be.”
