Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House will host “I AM,” a weekend retreat led by Father Christopher Stoley, April 10-12.
Centered on the powerful revelation of God’s name, “I AM WHO AM,” the retreat invites participants to encounter the Lord who hears, sees, remembers and knows each person intimately.
Drawing from Scripture and the story of Moses at the burning bush, Father Stoley will guide retreatants in reflecting on what it means to be personally known and loved by God. In a world where many feel unseen or forgotten, this retreat offers a space for renewal, healing and deeper intimacy with the Lord.
Father Stoley was ordained in 2015 and is currently pastor of Sacred Heart Church in Crete and chief administrative officer of St. James School.
The weekend begins Friday with an 8 p.m. Rosary and Mass and concludes Sunday with Mass and lunch. The retreat includes Eucharistic adoration, personal prayer time, and opportunities for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Both in-person and virtual options are available. For more information or to register, visit goodcounselretreat.org or call (402) 786-2705.
