FALLS CITY (SNR) - Father Ben Cameron, C.P.M. of the Fathers of Mercy, will be at Ss. Peter and Paul Church in Falls City March 18-23 offering a parish mission.
Father Cameron will preach at weekend Masses March 18-19. A series of talks will be held at 7 p.m. March 19- 23. The topic of the series will be “Seven Capital Virtues: Overcoming the Seven Capital Sins.”
Each night a different portion will be presented: humility and meekness on Sunday, generosity and temperance on Monday, chastity on Tuesday, brotherly love and diligence on Wednesday, and “The Holy Eucharist: Fount of All Virtue” on Thursday.
The evenings will begin with Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament at 6 p.m. and confessions made available. The talks will follow this time of prayer.
The mission will conclude Thursday with a Mass at 7 p.m. with the talk embedded in the homily. After the Mass there will be a light reception in O’Connor Hall.
