Spirit Catholic Radio hosted a "Eucharistic Encounter" June 20 at the Cathedral of the Risen Christ in Lincoln. Christ in the City missionaries led training in Lincoln this month. Christ in the City, a project founded in 2010 by Catholic Charities of Denver, is a homeless outreach ministry which sends missionaries to the streets to befriend and bring Christ to the homeless.
