Spirit Catholic Radio hosted a "Eucharistic Encounter" June 20 at the Cathedral of the Risen Christ in Lincoln. Bishop James Conley spoke, and Father Malachy Napier, CFR, a Eucharistic Revival preacher, delivered the keynote address. The event included Eucharistic adoration and a procession. Christ in the City missionaries led training in Lincoln this month. Christ in the City,  a project founded in 2010 by Catholic Charities of Denver, is a homeless outreach ministry which sends missionaries to the streets to befriend and bring Christ to the homeless.
